Background used in the title screen of Kiteretsu Daihyakka: Choujikuu Sugoroku, for the Super Famicom. Includes both Layer 2 and Layer 3 versions (for Layer 3 it's recomended to use a Sprite Status Bar patch to avoid cutoff, or alternatively, cut the top part of the tilemap manually).
The supplied layer 3 graphics appear to be letters and numbers when uploaded. It would seem that they are supposed to be put into LG1 instead of LG4, so that should be a simple enough fix.
Sample level palette
There are a lot of colors in palettes 0 and 1 that were made entirely black in the sample level. For ease of use, please avoid changing any colors that the submission itself does not change.
